## How Do I Fix Error -1 in Care Control Cloud?

If you see **Error -1** when trying to use Care Control Cloud, the issue is usually caused by your browser cache. Clearing your cache will normally resolve the problem.

### Steps to Fix Error -1

1. Open your browser.
2. Click the three dots in the top-right corner of the window.
3. Select Settings from the menu.
4. Go to Privacy and Security.
5. Choose Clear browsing data (sometimes called Delete browser cache).
6. Select All time as the time range.
7. Make sure only Cached images and files is ticked (leave passwords and saved logins unchecked).
8. Click Clear data (or Clear now, depending on your browser).

### Next Step

   Once your cache has been cleared, restart your browser and try logging into Care Control Cloud again.
