## How to Assign a Service User to a Fast Facts Template

This guide will walk you through assigning residents to Fast Facts Templates within Care Control Cloud.

#### Introduction

This guide explains how to assign residents to Fast Facts Templates within Care Control Cloud.

**In this guide you'll learn how to:**

- View residents assigned to templates
- Select a destination template
- Move residents between templates
- Assign multiple residents at once
- Return residents to the default template

#### Open Fast Facts Resident Assignment.

#### Select a current template.

#### Review residents assigned to each template.

#### Select the destination template.

#### Select one or more residents.

#### Select Add Selected.

#### Remove residents to return them to the default template.

#### Top tip

You can move multiple residents at the same time, making it much quicker to apply template changes across a service.
