## How to Record Bed Changes

This guide explains how to record bed changes for all, individual, or multiple service users.

#### Introduction

The Bed Changes recording area allows you to record completed bed changes for one, several, or all service users at the same time.

**In this guide you'll learn how to:**

- Open the Bed Changes recording area
- Select all service users
- Select individual or multiple service users
- Save the completed record

#### Select Bed Changes under Recording Areas in Care Planning.

#### Select all service users if required.

#### Select individual or multiple service users by selecting their pictures.

#### Select Save Changes when you have made your selections.

#### Top tip

Check that the correct service users are selected before saving, especially when recording bed changes for multiple people.
