## Memory Box

This guide covers how to access a service users Memory Box from their Care Plan within Care Control Cloud.

From the Care Plan Summary screen, open the **Other Areas** menu.

Select **Memory Box**.

The Memory Box contains recorded information which the service user may find comforting. This could be a link to a favourite song, or photo from their youth.

Memory Box items can be filtered by date range.
