## ODS Contacts on Cloud

This guide will cover how to add contacts associated with a healthcare organisation. This requires the organisation’s ODS code in order to populate some of the information in the form.

## 1

Within the Admin application on Care Control Cloud, navigate to the **Communication** area.

## 2

Here, select **Contacts**.

## 3

A list of the contacts currently on your system will be displayed, press **Add Contact** to record a new one.

## 4

The requirement for an ODS code only applies to contacts associated with a healthcare organisation, for example, a pharmacy.

Begin by selecting the **Category** for your new contact.

## 5

If a healthcare organisation category is selected, the option to enter an ODS code will appear.

## 6

Press the **information** icon to launch the NHS Digital ODS Portal, where you can search for the organisation and retrieve the appropriate ODS code.

## 7

After finding and entering the correct ODS code for the organisation, enter it in the dedicated **ODS Code** box, then, press the **Search**icon.

This will populate the greyed out sections of the contact form. These cannot be amended manually and pull information directly from the NHS Digital ODS Portal.

## 8

You can continue to enter in other relevant information about your new contact, for example their name, number and email address.

After completing the form, press **Save Changes**.
