## How to Record from the Care Plan Overview

This guide explains how to access recording areas directly from a resident's Care Plan Overview.

#### Introduction

The Recording Areas tab within the Care Plan Overview provides a convenient way to access a resident's monitoring and recording forms. From here, staff can quickly open areas such as observations, nutrition, personal care, wellbeing checks and other daily records.

**In this guide you'll learn how to:**

- Access a resident's Care Plan Overview
- Open the Recording Areas tab
- View available monitoring sections
- Start recording information directly from the overview screen

#### Open the Summary section from the Care Plans menu.

#### Select the resident you want to review or update.

#### Open the Recording Areas tab to view available monitoring and recording options.

#### Select the recording area you need to complete and begin entering information.

#### Top tip

Using the Recording Areas tab can save time by taking you directly to the recording form you need without changing screens.
