## Visit Check-Out Errors

This guide will cover some common errors and what they mean when checking out of a client visit.

If staff don’t have **Location Services** switched **on**, when they check-out from a shift they’ll get the message “*Error Checking Out – This has been reported.*” – this doesn’t mean the check-out has failed, it just means that Location Services are switched off.
