Administer Messages

This guide will cover how to access and view messages that have been sent on the system. From here, you can also analyse which staff members have and haven’t seen the messages sent to them.

In the Administration of Care Control Windows, navigate to the ‘Administer Messages‘ tool, which can be found under the Communication tab.

A new window will open. Here, a list of messages sent on the system will be displayed.

Simpy select one to view its detail.

The message information will be shown on the left hand side of the window. Here, you can see who sent the messages as well as its contents and any attachments.

If necessary, you can Remove the message from the system.

On the right hand side, a list of recipients to the selected message can be seen.

This table will display whether or not each staff member has Read the message and Viewed the Attachment.

You can export this information by pressing the ‘Export Analysis‘ button.
