Attachments on Messages
This guide will cover how to add and view message attachments on Care Control. The attachments can take the form of a document or Web URL.

In the Administration of Care Control Windows, navigate to the Create a Message tool, which can be found under the Communication tab.

When creating a message, you can add attachments at the bottom of the form. Simply select the type of attachment (Web URL / Document Library) and then paste the URL into the box or select a document from the drop-down list.

When receiving a message with an attachment, you will be able to view it alongside the message notification when signing in to Care Control.

You can also view the attachments via your Historic Messages (CC Windows > Communication Tab > View Your Messages).

Finally, you can also view an attachment in the Message Administration area (CC Windows > Communication Tab > Administer Messages).
