Before Installing Care Control
This guide will cover some basic requirements of a device in order to operate Care Control Windows. Please read this carefully before installing any Care Control applications on a device.
Care Control requires a minimum of 8GB of RAM (Memory) however if you can have 12GB to 16GB of RAM this will improve your computers overall performance. Make sure you have got no less than Windows 10 on your device with a minimum of an i5 processor.
If you have a Microsoft Office Account please make sure that your Microsoft Product is fully licensed and up to date. You will require either Microsoft Access or MS Access Runtime as prerequisite install. Below is a link to the Runtime if you do not have Microsoft Access installed already. However, before installing the Runtime, please read the information below to determine which version you should install.

Device - 32 or 64 bit?
To check whether your operating system is running in 32-bit or 64-bit mode, you can follow these general steps for Windows 10/11:
- Right-click on the Start button.
- Select “System.”
- Under the “Device specifications” section, look for the “System type.” It will indicate whether your system is running a 32-bit or 64-bit version.
Office - 32 or 64 bit?
You will need to check if you are running a 32 or 64-bit Office.
To check this if you open Word and then go to: File > Account > About Word. This will then tell you which Runtime to install.
