Care Note Analysis
This guide will cover how to access the Care Note Analysis tool within Care Control Cloud. This feature allows for quick searching of all service user care notes.

From the Admin application in Care Control Cloud, navigate to the ‘Care Planning‘ area.

Select ‘Care Note Analysis‘ from the ‘Analysis‘ drop-down list.

Begin by entering some search options in the left hand side of the page. This includes text (keywords etc.), service users, staff members and a date range for the notes.
After entering some search options, press ‘Refresh Results‘.

A list of matching notes will appear on the right hand side.
Press ‘Read More‘ to view the full note.
