Care Review Domains (Add, Remove, Edit)

This guide will cover how to access the Care Review Domains tool on Care Control Windows. These domains are the different sections within a Care Review. They can be amended and removed or new ones can be added.

In the Administration of Care Control Windows, navigate to the Care Review Domains tool, which can be found under the Care Planning tab.

A new window will open containing 2 lists. On the left are ALL the domains, or sections, currently on your system. On the right are the ACTIVE domains in your Care Reviews.

You can select items from the left and press Add to move them to the right.

In the same way, you can select items from the right and press Remove to move them to the left.

To amend the domains, press Edit Domains in the bottom left corner.

Open the drop-down list.

Select ‘Add New‘ to create a new Care Review section.

A blank form will load. Simply enter Category and Detail titles for the area, then, enter any Guidance notes for the staff members to read when completing this in a Care Review.

Make sure to press Save Changes.

You can also select existing domains from the drop-down list at the top of the window. 

The content for the section will load. You can then edit the titles and guidance note as required.

After making any edits, press Save Changes. If you want to completely remove the domain from your system, press Delete Domain.
