Creating a New Task Type

Custom Tasks on Care Control Windows have a list of available task types. This guide will cover how to add custom types to this list for use on your system.

In the Administration of Care Control Windows, navigate to the Events tool, which can be found under the Communication tab.

A new window will open. Here, scroll to the bottom of the list and locate the empty row. This is where you can type in your new task type.

After doing so, select the row using the left hand, grey box and press the colour to choose a custom colour for this task.

Select a colour from the options.

Close the Events tool and navigate to Custom Tasks, which can also be found under the Communication tab.

A new window will open. Here, press Create New Task.

In the new task form, find your new Task Type in the drop down list.
