Email Registration for Care Control Cloud
This guide will cover how to complete the sign-up process for CC Cloud. After completing the user set up in Organisation Management on CC Windows (see below), each staff member will need to register via their email to gain access to CC Cloud.

In the Organisational Management tool on Care Control Windows, a list of the staff configured will be displayed in the Manage Users module.
The Status column will show whether they have registered or not (active = registered, set-up = not registered).
Press the eye icon.

When a staff member is set up in OM on CC Windows, they will receive an E-Mail to the address on their staff / user profile.

An E-Mail like this one will be sent to each staff member.
Press Register Your Details to continue the set-up process.#
Note – make sure to check ‘Other’ and ‘Spam’ folders if you cannot locate the email.

Your internet browser will open and display this page.
Complete the form on the left hand side, then, enter a username and password for your CC Cloud log in. Finally, press Complete Registration.
Please note, your password must be at least 6 characters in length and contain a lowercase & uppercase character as well as a special character (123!£$? etc.)

After completing the form, a SMS text message will be sent to the phone number entered on the previous form.
The text will contain a 6 digit PIN. Enter this PIN in the Code box and press Validate.

You will then proceed to log into CC Cloud.

If the registration e-mail has expired, or if a staff member has forgotten their log-in credentials, head back to the Manage Users tool within Organisational Management in CC Windows.
Once again, press the eye icon next to the staff member in question.

At the bottom of the staff members profile, press View Security Details.

Next, press Reset Account.

Confirm that you wish to reset the account by pressing Yes.
The staff member will then receive a new email with a valid link to register.
