Finding and Changing the Administration Password

The Administration Password is used across the Care Control applications. It is needed to access administrative areas in Windows, Pocket, Mobile and eMAR. It might be worth changing this from the default for increased security in your organisation.

In the Administration of Care Control Windows, navigate to the System Settings, which can be found under the Advanced Stuff tab.

Here, select the Security option from the menu on the left-hand side.

Your Administration Password will be displayed here.

If you wish to change it, simply type in a new password and press Save Changes.
