General Notes

This guide will cover how to record a General Note on Care Control Cloud. These notes are useful for recording information which may not fall under a monitoring area or if something needs to be recorded as a one-off.

In the Care Planning application on Care Control Cloud, select Record Care Plan Information.

Select General Note from the options on the left hand side of the page.

A blank form will open. Begin by selecting the service users you wish to record for via the checkbox. Then, complete the note with the options on the right hand side:

 

If you wish to mark the note as important, you can choose to Red Flag it. If the service user has a health issue you wish to link this note to, select it via the dedicated box.

With regards to the note content, you can choose to use a pre-set note format in the form of a Shortcut Message. Selecting one from the drop down list will auto fill the text box below with a relevant message. Have a browse through them to understand what’s available.

Note: anything in square brackets, for example [First Name], will be auto-replaced with the personal information of the service user when the note is saved.

Alternatively, you can enter a message manually in the text box if a shortcut note is not suitable.

You can also attach photos to the general note. 

Simply press on the ‘Upload Photo‘ tab and then press ‘Select File‘ to choose one from your file directory on the device, or, press ‘Open Camera‘ to take one using the devices camera.

After completing the note, press Save Changes in the bottom right corner.
