Linked Documents

This guide will cover how to access and upload Linked Documents stored within a service users Care Plan on Care Control Cloud.

From the Care Plan Summary screen, open the Other Areas menu.

Select Linked Documents.

A list of associated documents will be displayed. You can filter the documents by Category Type as well as search in the search box.

To open a document press View Document.

To upload a new document, press Add Document.

A document upload form will open.

Begin by entering a Name and Description, then, choose a Document Type from the drop down list. You can also use a document tag, as well as add a password if required.

Finally, press Browse Files to Upload to open the file explorer on your computer. Find the file you wish to upload.

After completing the form, press Save Changes.

Your new document will appear within the Care Plan.

You can amend the details of the document, as well as delete it, by pressing the Edit Icon on the right hand side.

Here, you can change the summary details. Make sure you Save Changes after making any amendments.

Press Remove Document to delete it from the service users care plan.
