This guide will cover how to access and amend a service users Medication Profile within their Care Plan on Care Control Cloud.
On the Care Plan Summary screen, open the drop-down menu labelled ‘Medical’. Then, choose ‘Medication Profile‘.
Here, a table of the service users medication will be displayed. To add a new one, press Add Medication.
A pop-up window will open. Here, select the Medicine box to choose the medication you are adding.
If the medication already exists on your system, you can search and choose it from the displayed list.
If it is not, simply type the new medication name into the text box and press the green plus icon.
Next, choose the Medicine Type from the drop-down list.
Then, press Next.
A more detailed form will open.
Here, you can amend the Start and End Dates, as well as the Strength, Dosage and Reason for the medication.
After completing the form, press Save Changes.
Your new medication will appear in the service users Care Plan. You can view its details by pressing the Eye Icon on the right hand side.
From here you can Edit or Delete the record.
