My Hub on Cloud
This guide will cover how to access the My Account tool within Care Control Cloud. This area of the Cloud contains user information and abilities to change your start up application as well as password.

When in Care Control Cloud, simply press the user icon in the top right corner of the page.

Next, select My Account.

This area of the Cloud is separated into 3 sections. The first tab, My Details, contains basic user information.
You can also select which application opens when you sign into the Cloud.

The next tab, Security, is where you can change your log in Password for Care Control Cloud.
Simply press Change Password.

The third and final tab, Site Mapping, will display the sites you have access to on Cloud, as well as any links to staff profiles on their CC Windows equivalent.
In this example, this user has access to all sites on Cloud, but only has a staff profile for The Willows on Care Control Windows.
