Navigating the Cloud
This guide will cover the basic ways to get around Care Control Cloud and the options available after signing in. This includes things like switching apps, switching sites, accessing admin and user settings as well as using the search feature.

Wherever you are in Care Control Cloud, the toolbar at the top of the page will be accessible, and is useful to navigate around the Cloud.
You can search the whole Cloud via the Search Icon in the top row.

Enter keywords, monitoring types etc.
Results will automatically show up; simply click on the desired result to navigate to that page.
Next, select the Settings Cog in the top row.

The Admin Configuration will open. Here, numerous options regarding access and permissions will be available.
Note: this is only available to staff with the correct access level.
Next, select the Tiles Icon in the top row.

This will open a side menu containing all the Care Control Cloud Applications available to you. Simply press on one to open it.

Next, press the House Icon.

This will open a menu of sites available.
Simply select one to open it.

Finally, press on the user icon in the top row.

This will open the user menu. Here, you can open My Account and Logout, as well as view help guides about Care Control Cloud and also contact Care Control directly.
