Organisational Service Status

This guide will cover how to access and use the new Organisational Level Service Status within Care Control Cloud, including the new Map View.

In the Care Planning application within Care Control Cloud, navigate to the View Service Status tool on the left hand side of the page.

The Service Status will open in Table View. Here, a list of the sites within your organisation will be displayed (or the sites you have access to). A summary of the Sign-In Status, Shift Allocation, Service User Tasks, Other Tasks and Alerts are shown.

Click on an item to open the full status for that site.

Here, we have the full status for the chosen site. You can navigate between the different sections from the menu on the left hand side.

In the Service User Tasks, you can view the tasks in Categories or individually.

When viewing in categories, the tasks are organised into recording areas. Simply press the Eye Icon to view all the tasks within the category.

Here, a full breakdown of the tasks and their associated service user is displayed. Press the eye icon again to open the task.

Any actions that can be completed for the task will appear.

In this example, an activities task allows us to launch the activities recording screen.

From the Service Status Table View, we can access the information in a different view format.

Press Map View.

A map will open displaying the location and overview of your sites.

Click on the site icon within the map to open the summary information. A side panel will open containing the status and contact information for the site.

Clicking on any of the items will open the full status for that site.
