The @ symbol on an Apple Mac keyboard is in a slightly different place to where it is on a

Windows keyboard. Since Care Control was built using Windows, the @ key may not work.

To use the @ symbol on a Mac keyboard, first hold down the Shift Key, then press the ” key.

The shift key is found on the left-hand side, below the caps lock key.

The ” key is found on the right-hand side of the keyboard, on the middle row.
