This guide will introduce the Care Control Screens application and its uses within a care environment.

Care Control Screens is an Android TV application that allows information to be displayed on TVs for staff and service users. The application has been designed to operate automatically after being set up.

The Care Control Screens Controller app is used to determine what information is displayed on the TVs and this can be changed at any time to suit your organisation’s needs.

Care Control Screens can be set up in 3 modes – Service User, Staff and Business. Each mode has its own information packages which can be displayed. We recommend that screens displaying confidential information are not set up in public areas of your organisation.  

Care Control Screens is a tool which allows for information to be shared quickly and effectively with staff members and service users. For example, an office TV could have fluid intake, or outstanding tasks showing to keep staff up to date. Alternatively, a dining room TV could have today’s menu on show.
