This guide will cover how to get support when using the new Care Control Cloud platform.

You can get support anywhere within the Care Control Cloud platform pressing your User Icon in the top right corner of any page.

This will open the user menu. Here, you can find 4 options for getting support.

To get in contact with our support team, select Email Us or Chat With Us.
To view our knowledge base, containing written help guides and videos for using Care Control, press Learning Hub
Finally, to view a help article on the area of Cloud you currently have open, press Help with Current Page.
