Printing a Historic Health Issue

This guide will cover how to print a historic (and active) health issue from a service users Care Plan on Care Control Windows.

In the Administration of Care Control Windows, select the Show Care Plans option from the menu at the bottom of the window.

Select a service user from the left hand list then choose Health Issues from the right hand list.

You can view both active and historic health issues via the tick boxes.

To print one or all health issues, press Print Screen Report at the top of the window.

Select Open or Closed Issues.

Next, choose whether you want to print All associated issues, or a specific one from the drop down list.

Finally, select whether you want images with no notes, notes with no images, or notes and images.

Press Print.
