Adding Medication to the Medication Profile on Mobile
This guide will cover how to add medication onto the profile within the Care Plan on Care Control Mobile. This is important for organisations who are not yet using our eMAR system.

On the CC Mobile PIN screen, select the cog in the top right corner.

Enter your PIN number and administration password before pressing Continue.

Select Show Care Plans from the options along the bottom of the window.

Select a service user.

Open the side menu by pressing Show Care Plan Options.

Select Medication Profile.

Press the blue Edit button at the top of the list.

Select Add Medication.

Complete the medication form by selecting a Medication Type and Medication from the drop down lists.
Then, enter a Strength and choose whether the medication is PRN or not. If not, enter dosages to take at each time slot (Morning, Lunch, Tea and Evening).

Finally, enter a Reason for the medication and press Add Medication.
