This helps care providers stay compliant with the Mental Capacity Act while keeping records accurate and up to date across the system.

Tap to enter the View Service Status area of Mobile
Select Resident Care Tasks to view all outstanding Care Tasks
Scroll down on the list until you reach Mental Capacity Alerts. Select the Alert you wish to extend
Tap arrow to open the time selection menu
You can scroll through this list and select from 1 day up to 365 days. Tap the box next to the amount of days you wish to extend the assessment by
Once happy, click Continue to extend the assessment
