Will I still be able to contact the support team?

Absolutely. MargoAI is available 24/7 to help you instantly: answering questions, sharing Learning Hub guides, and raising support tickets when needed. If your query needs a human touch, our Support Desk team is still here during office hours to assist you.

Do I need to do anything to get access?

 No – MargoAI will be built right into your Care Control Cloud platform and will also be available on our website’s live chat facility.

Is this the same MargoAI that helps with text and translation?

Yes — it’s the same trusted MargoAI, now with a new chat function. She’s grown from analysing and writing text to offering real-time help and support directly within Care Control Cloud.
