Release Notes January 21st 2026
At Care Control Systems, we’re dedicated to continually updating and enhancing our software to better serve your needs. While we have numerous updates to share with you, we’ve highlighted the top features that we believe will provide the most significant benefits for you.
Care Control Cloud
HR:
- NEW: We have added a new button which gives you the ability to view and send staff PIN codes. View guide here.
General Performance Improvements
Care Planning:
- Added a relationship field to the Key Contacts page.
- We have improved the process with Geocoding and have improved the general functionality of the ‘Geocode from Current Address’ button.
- Corrected the process in which incident locations are displayed when recording an incident in Care Planning. The preset location list will now be shown when the ‘Preset Incident Location List’ setting is enabled, rather than the default list.
- Improved the process where you can now print historic Care Reviews on Cloud. You can now print the individual sections on a Care Review.
- Resolved an issue where home care clients personal details could not be saved in Cloud if they had a value for their room prefix inside Windows.
- Fixed multiple sources of duplicated clients inside cloud client selection lists.
- Fixed an issue where the personal allowance client balance was displayed incorrectly in the Cloud summary page.
Admin:
- Improved the process within the Document Library where you can now load all documents whereas previously, it only loaded the first 100. You can also filter the documents.
- Improved the process within Administer Messages where this page could only load the first 100 records, however you will now be able to load all messages. You can also filter the messages.
- We have added a text box within the Resident Leaving page – Discharge Details – to record location of the Resident’s discharge location.
HR:
- Corrected the process of recording an Absence Report to include the number of days absent within the CSV export.
Org Management:
- Enabled the ‘User Bulk Load’ tool inside Org Management.
Pocket & Mobile:
- Fixed an issue where the ‘Working With’ would incorrectly display ‘no assignment’ instead of “” when no other staff member was assigned to work the same shift.
