We will be introducing a range of new features and improvements to Care Control Cloud, designed to make your day to day tasks simpler, faster and easier to manage. 

We understand that changes to systems you use everyday can feel disruptive. These updates have been carefully designed to improve usability while keeping the core functionality you rely on the same. You will still be able to complete your usual tasks, now with a smoother and more intuitive experience. 

A new MyHub experience

We are introducing a completely redesigned MyHub dashboard, giving you a more flexible and personalised way to manage your day.

From 22nd April, your MyHub dashboard will be automatically updated to the new layout, meaning you will see the new dashboard immediately when you log into Cloud. The new MyHub dashboard will replace the current version. See the images below to know what to expect!

 

What this means for you:

  • View key information at a glance
  • Access messages, announcements and reminders more easily
  • Personalise your homepage to suit your role
  • Stay up to date with Care Control news and updates

 

You can tailor your MyHub with widgets such as:

  • Company announcements
  • Recent messages 
  • Tasks to complete 
  • Reminders 
  • Care Control News 
  • Employee of the month

Improved HR and work records access

 

We have introduced new HR Record and Work Record areas MyHub, making it easier to view and manage your information in one place.

 

What this means for you:

  • Access to your HR record directly within MyHub
  • Make updates to your details quickly and easily 
  • Improved visibility of your access and permissions
  • Clearer oversight of your work records 

Any updates made to your HR details will automatically notify your line manager, helping ensure records remain accurate and up to date.

MargoAI Support, wherever you are in Cloud

 

Margo is now fully integrated across Care Control Cloud, giving you instant support wherever you are in the system.

 

What this means for you:

  • Get help finding features quickly
  • Access relevant guides and support instantly 
  • Raise support tickets directly through Margo 
  • Receive help in your preferred language!

Simply select the area you need help with, whether that is Cloud, Mobile. eMAR or other applications, and Margo will guide you. 

Enhanced digital sign in and facial recognition

We have improved the digital sign in experience within the staff area, with greater visibility and control over facial recognition records.

 

What this means for you:

  • View sign in attempts and results clearly
  • See match percentages and verification outcomes 
  • Access detailed sign in records, including images and roles
  • Support improved compliance and accuracy
