Introduction
The Services section in Care Control Intelligence provides an overview of your care services, helping you see which areas need attention and where improvements are being made.
You can select an individual service to view its latest briefing, explore potential issues and review supporting evidence and recommendations to help you understand what action may be needed.
In this guide, you'll learn how to:
- Open Services and view an overview of your care services.
- Select a service and read its latest briefing.
- Explore service analysis and supporting evidence.
- Identify areas that need your attention.
- Review recommended actions to help address potential issues.
Open Services
Tap Services to view an overview of your care services and see which areas may need attention.
View Your Services Overview
At the top of the screen, you'll see a summary showing how many services need attention and how many are showing improvements.
Select a Service
Tap the service you want to review to see more information about its performance and any areas that may need attention.
Read Your Service Briefing
Read through the briefing to see important updates about your selected service, including any changes or issues that may need your attention.
Open the Service Analysis
Tap View service analysis to explore your service in more detail, including potential issues and recommendations for improvement.
Expand an Area
Tap one of the areas within the analysis to expand it and see more information.
Review the Issue Details
The expanded section provides more information about the issue, helping you understand what may be contributing to it.
View the Supporting Evidence
Select View full evidence to see the information behind the identified issue.
Review the Evidence and Recommendations
Read through the Critical Evidence to understand why the issue has been highlighted and review the recommendations that may help you address it.
View Areas That Need Your Attention
The Needs Your Attention section highlights important issues and areas of your service that may require further review.
Select an Area to Review
Tap an item within Needs Your Attention to find out more about the issue.
Review the Recommended Actions
Review the information to understand what has changed, why the issue needs attention and what actions are recommended to help address it.
Top tip
Use the Needs Your Attention section to quickly identify areas that may require action. You can open individual alerts to understand what's changed and review recommendations before deciding what to do next.
