You may remember earlier this year we introduced MargoAI, our intelligent assistant built right into Care Control to help you get more from your software.
Well, Margo’s growing fast — and now she’s lending a hand in a whole new way!
You may have already spoken to Margo when calling our Support Team — we’ve been trialling her on the phones throughout September, and we’re pleased to say she’s been an incredible support to both you, our customers, and our internal team. The feedback so far has been fantastic, and we’re excited to now make her a permanent member of the team.
Here’s how it works:
When you call our Support line on 01822 738100, Margo will ask for a few quick details —
Your name
The site you’re calling from
And your email address
This information helps log your enquiry securely in our system.
She’ll then ask what you need support with and guide you through the right steps or resources to help you resolve your query.
If your issue needs a bit more hands-on help, don’t worry — Margo will automatically raise a support ticket so that one of our Support Team members can get back to you as soon as possible.
MargoAI actually came about after feedback from our recent customer survey, where many of you shared ideas on how we could make getting support easier and faster. Your feedback directly helped shape Margo’s development — so thank you!
Margo is now available to support you both during and outside of office hours. During the working day, she’s part of our Support Team phone queue, helping to answer and log incoming calls. And outside of office hours, Margo remains available to guide you and log tickets, so your query is ready for our team to pick up as soon as we’re back online.
To help you get the best experience when speaking with Margo:
Give her a chance – she’s here to support you, and every conversation helps her learn and improve.
Don’t hang up too soon – she might just be processing your details or logging your enquiry.
Be clear and patient – she’s clever, but like all of us, she’s still learning!
Please note: Our Customer Support Team is available Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm. MargoAI is available outside of these hours to guide you and log any support tickets ready for when the team returns.
