About Me on CC Windows
This guide will cover how to access and amend the About Me section of a service users Care Plan on Care Control Windows.

In the Administration of Care Control Windows, select Show Care Plans from the options at the bottom of the page.

Select a Service User, then choose Access Care Plan.

Open the Care Plan menu by pressing Show Care Plan Options.

Select About Me from the menu.

If this has not been toggled for the service user, press Toggle About Me Audit to enable it.

Then, press Edit Care Plan.

Press ‘Click Here to Amend About Me‘

Select a section from the left hand side.

Select a question then enter a response and press Update Changes.
This will take you to the next question in the section, if there is one.
Continue to complete each section accordingly.
