About Me
This guide will cover how to access and amend the About Me section of the Care Plan via Care Control Cloud. This area contains preferences of the service user relating to their care and can act as guidance for staff members.

From the Care Plan summary screen, open the Essentials menu.

From the list, select About Me.

Here, a list of preferences will be displayed, including important things and people, how to communicate, do’s and don’ts and more.
You can view the audit of changes for this area of the Care Plan by pressing Audit.

Here, the time, section and author of the changes is recorded.

Press Amend About Me to edit the information here.

The page will have a yellow border when in edit mode.
On the left hand side are the sections and questions – simply answer each one in the text box on the right hand side, then, press Done if you wish to exit edit mode, or press Save & Move to Next Question to continue editing.
