This guide will cover how to access Key Contacts within the Care Plan on Care Control Cloud. This area provides important contact information for family, friends, and other associates of the service user.

From the Care Plan Summary screen, open the Essentials menu.

From the drop-down list, select Key Contacts.

Here you can view the information for each contact and any notes associated with them.

Press Add New Contact to being creating a new one.

A blank form will open and the page will have a yellow border, indicating it is in edit mode.
Enter the relevant information for your new contact in the text boxes and then press Save New Contact.
