Adding a New Agency
This guide will cover how to add a new Agency profile when covering a shift on Care Control Windows.

When an Agency shift needs to be covered, it will appear in rota issues along with any other cover requirements. Click on the shift to begin.

Press the green ‘New’ button next to the Select Agency option.

A blank form will open. Here, fill out the details of the new agency contact and details.

After completing the form, press Add Contact.

The new agency contact will now be available to select from the drop-down list.
