Amending Care Review Domains

This guide will cover how to edit the domains of a care review when completing one for a service user. This feature needs to be enabled within the System Settings on Care Control Windows.

In the Administration of Care Control Windows, navigate to the System Settings, which can be found under the Advanced Stuff tab.

Here, select Care Management from the menu on the left hand side. Then, find the ‘Can Care Sections be changed for each resident?‘ setting – change this to Yes.

Finally, press Save Changes.

Now, when you begin a service users Care Review, a list of the active domains will display on the left hand side.

You can amend these by pressing Modify Care Review Domains in the bottom left corner.

A new window will open. Here, a list of the sections currently being used in this service users review are shown on the right hand side.

All the sections on your system, including those not in use, are shown on the left hand side.

Select a section on the left and press Add to move it into the care review. In the same way, select a section on the right and press Remove to take it out of the care review.

Press Save Changes after completing any amendments.

The list of sections will update to mirror your amendments.

You can now continue to complete the review.
