This guide will cover how to access the Care Plan Integrity Checks tool on Care Control Cloud. This feature analyses missing information from a service users care plan.

From the Admin application in Care Control Cloud, navigate to the ‘Care Planning‘ area.

Select ‘Care Plan Integrity Checks‘ from the drop-down list.

A dashboard will be displayed. Here, a total number of ‘Errors‘ and ‘Warnings‘ will be shown for all of your service users. Below this is a chart showing your top service users with the most errors and warnings.

On the right hand side is a list of warning / error ‘Categories‘. Click on one to view a full list for the category.

In this example, we clicked on ‘Medication‘. Here, a list of missing medication information for your service users is shown.

We can further filter this list by pressing ‘Show Filter Options‘.

You can filter this list by service user, care plan area, CSG and by warnings / errors. Press ‘Update Results‘ to apply any new filters.

Back on the dashboard, we can also view a list of ‘Service Users‘ with the most warnings and errors.

We can click on one to view a full list for the chosen service user.

Again, we can filter this list further by pressing ‘Show Filter Options‘.

Here, add any extra filters and press ‘Update Results‘.

To remove an error or warning, simply navigate to the service users Care Plan and enter the missing information raised in the warning / error. Then, on return to the Care Plan Integrity Checks, press ‘Refresh Data‘.
