Changing Site on Mobile
This guide covers how to switch sites on Care Control Mobile by resetting the application. This can also be useful if anyone is experiencing issues with Care Control Systems.

On the PIN screen of Care Control Mobile, press the cog wheel in the top right corner of the screen.

Next, enter your PIN and Administration Password, then, press Continue.

The Admin Dashboard for your organisation will be displayed. Open the side menu by pressing Show Administration Options.

Here, select Advanced.

Select System Settings.

Select This Device.

From the options displayed, scroll to the bottom of the list. Press Reset Device.

Your Care Control Mobile application will be reset, and you will be presented with the set up options.
Press Start to continue.

Choose Existing Registration then press Continue.

Enter your Site, Business, or One Time Code. Press Continue.

Finally, enter a Device Name. This can be anything and acts as an identifier for this device. An example would be Managers Tablet, or Ground Floor Tablet.
Press Continue.

You can now enter your PIN to access Care Control Mobile for the new site.
