Changing the Active Site on Pocket
This guide covers how to change the site set on your Care Control Pocket device. This allows users to change between other sites in their organisation.

On the PIN screen, press the Settings Cog icon in the top right corner of the screen.

This will open some information about the current site connection. To change it, press Reset.

You will be prompted to enter the administration password for your site. After doing so, press Reset.

Care Control Pocket will restart. From the registration options, select Existing Registration and then press Continue.

Enter your Site Code and press Continue.

Finally, enter a Device Name – this can be anything, for example, Harry’s iPhone. Then press Continue.

You can now enter your PIN for the site.
