    Customising a Service
    User Body Map

    This guide will cover how to customise a service user’s body map via their Care Plan on Care Control Cloud. This tool allows personalisation of body types and skin tones.

    From within the Care Planning application on Care Control Cloud, navigate to the Care Plans area.

    Here, find the service user you wish to customise, then, select open the Personal Details section of their Care Plan.

    Next, select the Personal Appearance tab and press the Edit Care Plan button to begin customising.

    A yellow border will appear, signifying that you are in edit mode.

    Here, you can amend any Personal Appearance details. To change the body map, press Customise Body Map.

    You can now control which areas of the body are displayed on the map via the checkboxes on the left-hand list. You can also amend the skin tone via the drop-down in the top right.

    After making all the necessary changes to the bodymap, press Update to save your changes.
