Device Management

This guide will cover how to use the Device Management tool within Care Control Windows.

This feature allows overview of active devices in your organisation. You can activate and deactivate devices, as well as amend eMAR log in status.

In the Administration of Care Control Windows, navigate to Device Management, which can be found under the Advanced Stuff tab.

Here, is a list of all active devices which were signed up using your organisation’s Site Code. To deactivate a device, select it by pressing the checkbox on the left-hand side of the window, then press Disable / Enable.

To view the eMAR sign-in status, press eMAR Current Status.

A new window will open. A list of staff members signed in to administer will be displayed. You can sign them out by selecting their name and pressing Force Sign Out.
