    Finding & Changing the Override Password

    This guide will cover how to find and change the override password used on Care Control Pocket. This password is used to unlock devices which are stuck in offline mode.

    In the Administration of Care Control Windows, navigate to the System Settings, which can be found under the Advanced Stuff tab.

    The system settings will open. Select CC Pocket Settings from the options on the left-hand side of the screen. Within these settings, scroll down to find one called Override Password.

    If you choose to change this from the default, make sure to Save Changes after making any amendments.
