First Time Set-Up

This guide will cover how to set-up the Organisational Management tool for the first time on Care Control Windows. This will require administrator access to the system and we recommend that the person who will be managing this is the person who sets-up OM for the first time. This user will be given SuperAdmin rights so it is important to have the right staff member doing it.

In the Administration of Care Control Windows, navigate to the Organisational Management tool, which can be found under the Advanced Stuff tab.

You will receive a message stating that the system is not configured. Press Yes when you are ready to begin.

If you are a multi-site organisation, you will be required to be on your Primary Site to set up Organisational Management. If the system detects that you are not on the primary site, you will be able to switch to it by pressing Yes.

Finally, you will see a short explanation of the next steps, including that the staff member setting this up will receive SuperAdmin rights.

Enter your email address and press Proceed.

You will now receive a registration email. Follow the Register Your Details link.

A new window will open in your web browser. You will need to enter your details to register to Care Control Cloud, including your Name, Mobile Number, Position & Department and a Username & Password. Please note, the password must be at least 6 characters in length, contain an upper and lower case letter as well as a special character (123!£$? etc.)

Press Complete Registration.

A confirmation code will be sent to the mobile number you entered. Type the code into your web browser and press Validate.

You will be logged into Care Control Cloud.

You can now go back to CC Windows and continue the configuration of Care Control Cloud.
