GP Connect
This guide will cover how to view the GP Connect area within a service users Care Plan on Care Control Cloud. This service uses information provided by NHS GP Systems.

From the Care Plan Summary screen, open the Medical menu.

Select GP Connect.

On the left-hand side of the screen is a menu of medical information options. On the right hand-side is the detail of each section.
The summary section gives an overview of all the sections.

This area of the Care Plan is read-only, which means it cannot be edited.
The information is provided by NHS GP Systems.
