Care Planning How to add Geolocation to a client

This guide explains how to add the geolocation of a client to help locate them

Written guide

  1. Select the Care Planning App.
  2. Visit the Care Plans.
  3. Open the Essentials drop-down.
  4. Click Personal Details.
  5. Now select Further Details.
  6. Edit the Care Plan to modify the geocode.
  7. You can manually input the Latitude and Longitude.
  8. Otherwise, select Geocode from Current Address and the system will automatically fill the Latitude and Longitude.
  9. Select to Save Changes when happy with your changes.
