    Admin Anonymise Visitors names in Cloud

    This guide will cover how to Anonymise Visitors Names within the V-Book

    Written guide

    1. Within the ‘My Hub’ dashboard, click the Admin app.
    2. Next, click the ‘Visit’ button under Communication.
    3. Click the drop down arrow next to the ‘More Areas’ tab.
    4. Then select the Friends and Family option.
    5. Click the drop down arrow next to ‘Other Areas’.
    6. Then select the ‘V-Book’ option.
    7. Click the ‘Settings’ button.
    8. Your screen will then appear with this box.
    9. To anonymise Visitors Names, you have the option to select Yes or No.
    10. Simply click the Yes circle or the No circle – depending on what you want.
    11. After doing this, make sure to click the ‘Save Changes’ button to save the changes you have made.
