    How to Change the 'Resident' Title

    This guide will cover how to change your service user terminology for Care Control Pocket. This is what the system will use to reference your service users, residents or clients.

    In the Administration of Care Control Windows, navigate to the System Settings tool, which can be found under the Advanced Stuff tab.

    Here, select CC Pocket Settings from the menu on the left hand side of the window.

    You can change both the Noun and Plural Names for your service users.

    In this example, we have changed them to Client and Clients – press Save Changes after making any amendments.
