Admin Hide messages in Staff Pocket Mode in Cloud

The purpose of this setting in Cloud is to enhance privacy and reduce distractions for staff using the Pocket app in Staff Pocket Mode.

  1. Within the ‘My Hub’ dashboard, click the Admin app.
  2. Next, click the ‘Visit’ button under Advanced stuff.
  3. Click the drop down arrow next to ‘Configuration & Setup’.
  4. Select the ‘System Settings’ option.
  5. With the Configuration Area on the left, scroll down until you find ‘CC Pocket Settings’.
  6. Select ‘CC Pocket Settings’.
  7. Within this section, find the ‘Hide Messages in Staff Mode’ option.
  8. Here you have the option to choose ‘yes or ‘no’.
  9. When this setting is switched to ‘Yes’, it ensures that messages are hidden within the Pocket App while it is in Staff Pocket Mode.
  10. This setting gives administrators more granular control over what content is available in the Staff Pocket view, ensuring that only necessary information is shown.
  11. Once you have chosen your preferred setting, click ‘Save Changes’.

When this setting is switched to “Yes”, it ensures that messages are hidden within the Pocket app while it is in Staff Pocket Mode. This is particularly useful in the following scenarios:
