Care Recording Monitoring Behaviour Analysis

- Within the ‘My Hub’ dashboard, click the ‘Care Planning’ app.
- Next, select the ‘Visit’ button under ‘Resident Care Plans’.
- Next, click the drop down arrow next to ‘Analysis’.
- Then, select the ‘Monitoring Analysis’ option.
- Next, select the ‘Behaviour’ option from the side bar.
- Here are 3 tabs on Behaviour Analysis. The first tab shows care notes which are relevant to behaviour.
- You can then select any of these notes to read more by selecting the ‘Read More’ button.
- The second tab, is a report on the behaviour monitoring recordings.
All of the data here is sortable on all of these columns at the top here with the arrows. With this, you can click the arrow next to ‘Date’ by seeing the most recent date and the oldest.
- For instance, you can tailor this to when the mood was the highest and the lowest – by clicking the arrow next to the text.
- Next, is the chart tab. Which has several charts that show behaviour through the day, behaviour over the last 6 weeks which showcases an average score of behaviour across those 6 weeks.
